Member Benefits
Colorado NAWGJ members receive benefits annually including professional education and continuing education opportunities, meet assignment management, and leadership opportunities. These benefits are approved by the CO NAWGJ SGB (State Governing Board) in partnership with the USA Gymnastics State Administrative Committee.
Assignments
CO NAWGJ acts as the assigning entity for local Colorado USA Gymnastics sanctioned events and invitationals* including National Development Program Compulsory and Optional meets as well as Xcel meets. CO NAWGJ members submit availability for the season (Fall, Winter, Spring) and the SGB distributes assignments evenly between available judges, events, and specific rating requirements to provide opportunities for our entire membership to gain experience and advance their judging career.
*USA Gymnastics State, Regional, and National meets are determined by the State/Regional/National USA Gymnastics committees.
Clinics & Education
CO NAWGJ organizes clinics throughout the year to provide professional and continuing education opportunities for our membership. As a CO NAWGJ member you have the opportunity to volunteer your time through our annual Judges' Cup to receive admission to our annual state clinics free of charge. CO NAWGJ also offers additional educational opportunities including study sessions and webinars.
